abberior DNA-PAINT 2color 660/700 is designed for two-color DNA-PAINT MINFLUX microscopy in the red spectral range. Both imagers, labeled with abberior DNA-PAINT 660 and abberior DNA-PAINT 700, are recorded in a single MINFLUX acquisition, and each fluorophore is identified in real time by the ratio of its red to deep-red signal. Unlike two-color STORM, DNA-PAINT continuously replenishes the imager strands, so your measurement is not limited by photobleaching. The kit can be adapted, customized and extended according to your experimental requirements.
