DNA-PAINT FLASH kits: nanoscale imaging at its best

DNA-PAINT is a localization-based super-resolution technique: dye-labeled single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) imager strands transiently bind to complementary docking strands attached to your target. Our in-house developed DNA-PAINT FLASH kits add an adapter strand in between, so specificity is set by the adapter while highly optimized imager strands ensure fast imaging.

Each ready-to-use kit contains a camelid single-domain antibody (sdAb) against GFP, mouse IgG1 or rabbit IgG, together with the adapter, matching imager strands and all buffers for immunostaining and imaging. Choose 1color kits at 580, 660 or 700 nm, or our NEW 2color kits (660/700 nm) to image two targets in a single MINFLUX acquisition.

Optimized for MINFLUX, equally applicable to other SMLM methods, and fully customizable to your experimental requirements.
