DNA
The abberior DNA probes are very small and cell-permeable fluorescence probes for direct labelling of double stranded DNA in living biological samples. These bright and photostable probes use Hoechst as DNA-binding ligand. Due to the high specificity and biocompatibility, the amount of substrate required is greatly reduced and an interfering background is avoided.
